1.  West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola is unconcerned by Scott Parker finding his best form just before the January transfer window opens.
2.  Zola needed to sell James Collins in the summer to balance the books and is hoping he can keep his biggest assets in the new year, especially Parke.
3.  Tottenham and Manchester City have been linked with Parker but Zola is not worried about his skipper attracting interest from other clubs.
4.  Parker has three England caps, each while at different clubs, and the Hammers will be a fourth should Fabio Capello look at him as an option ahead of the World Cup in South Africa next summer.
